Step 1
A3 Kadhi Paper. Find the center of the paper. The bad way to find the center of the paper is to measure half way along the long and short edges and then draw the horizontal and vertical lines. The good way is to draw the diagonal lines from each corner to the opposite corner.
Step 2
Mark off 13 and 15 units from the center. If you are using A3 paper, you can use 15 cm as the unit. Adjust the unit to fit your paper size or if you want to create a smaller heptagon, use a smaller unit. Draw a circle with a radius of 15 units.

After you have done all this to make it more precise, go back over the shapes with a water brush. These are watercolors, so they will blend nicely together.
